Send to KindleHow do you want your life to be different in 2013? And how do you plan to make it happen?
If we want to achieve more, we have to become more. We have to become different people in order to create a different life.
I’ve been thinking a lot about my goals for 2013. So how about you?
What do you want, and what are you willing to do and become to achieve it?
There’s no magic that separates those who succeed from those who fail. Those who succeed take action . . . and then modify their actions as they discover what works and what doesn’t work.
We can make 2013 the best year ever. I’m down with that. Are you?

At 51 I have decided to get in the best shape of my life — again. I guess that statement denotes having gotten out of it… Zoinks.
Looking forward to seeing you help some ladies (and men) improve their health, and thus their lives, in 2013.
Sincerely,
A Fan

Roy–
I think that’s a great goal . . . and I have a similar one. I want to get as strong this year as I was in my late 20s. And believe me, that was a very long time ago!
