Are you tired of losing the same 20, 30, or 50 pounds over and over?

by Mary C. Weaver, CSCS on January 8, 2013

dieting does not have to mean starvation

Odds are about 100 percent that right now either you or someone close to you is dieting.

Here’s the question that matters: Is the food plan you (or she) is following going to help you achieve your fat-loss goals, or is failure built into it?

That’s what I talked about in the webinar I delivered on Jan. 15. Want to view the replay?

Click this link . . . but don’t wait too long because the replay is available for a limited time.

How to avoid the 3 massive mistakes that will doom your diet to failure.

Most popular weight-loss plans qualify as bubonic—diets you want to avoid like the plague!

The sad thing is that these diets are damaging your health and setting you up to gain back every pound you lost and then some.

When you watch this no-BS, no-fluff webinar, you will learn

  • The three devastating ways most diets set you up to regain the weight
  • The No. 1 secret to creating a younger body and a faster metabolism and
  • The big fat lie behind the promises popular diets make.

This training was designed for you if you

  • Are sick and tired of yo-yo dieting
  • Feel confused by all the conflicting fat-loss advice you read and
  • Want to lose weight for good.

Watch the replay now!

I can’t wait for you to hear all the information I’m sharing on this webinar! If you put into action what you learn, it can transform your life.

Mary, I am on a path to lose and eat correctly, because my doctor tells me I am a pre-diabetic. I am counting my carbs now and have lose about 8 lbs. My thinking is that any thing to help me with this can’t hurt.

Thank you, and God bless,

This year I have a goal of being healthier, wealthier and wiser by this time next year. At the moment Im about 20kgs over weight and have just starting eating right. I signed up with a Personal Trainer to help get fitter as well. I decided need to respect my body more and invest in taking care of it. Ive only just come to the realisation that Its the asset that will help me achieve my dreams and if I dont look after it and it breaks down so will anything I dream of achieving

Te, that’s an excellent goal, and it sounds like you’re taking great steps to achieve it! Thanks for commenting.
