About me

I’m Mary Weaver—an NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, the founder of Prime Fitness LLC, former bodybuilding competitor, and the creator of the Body-Transformation Bootcamp for Women. There’s nothing I enjoy more than helping women lose weight and transform their bodies.

I created my body-transformation system based on scientific principles, decades of study, real-world experience with women just like you, and my own weight-loss school of hard knocks. Like many women, in the past I tried a ton of popular diets and lost and regained weight several times. In fact, at my heaviest, I weighed about 35 pounds more than I do now.
